The San Diego Market
San Diego is one of the most visual real estate markets in the country. Buyers compare ocean views, walkable urban condos, and classic Craftsman homes in the same search session, so the media has to do the talking. We light interiors to feel warm, fly drone to show the lot and the neighborhood, and cut video that sells the lifestyle as much as the floor plan.
What makes a San Diego listing shoot different?
San Diego's neighborhoods split by terrain more than by direction. Point Loma sits on the peninsula that forms the west side of the bay, with Sunset Cliffs Natural Park along its ocean bluffs and Cabrillo National Monument at the tip, so listings there often sit on canyon or bluff lots with long view lines. Mission Hills and Bankers Hill sit up on mesas closer to downtown, overlooking Mission Valley and Balboa Park from streets lined with Craftsman and Spanish Revival homes built in the early 1900s. North Park, just north of Balboa Park, is flatter and denser, with small-lot bungalows from the same era packed onto a walkable grid. Del Cerro and Pacific Beach sit farther out, one inland near Lake Murray, the other on the sand next to Mission Bay, and each needs a different kind of shoot to match.

San Diego FAQ
Questions from San Diego agents
How much does real estate photography cost in San Diego?
Most San Diego listings run from $450 for photo and drone up to $600 for a full photo, video, and drone package on a home under 3,000 sq ft. Luxury listings over $2 million start at $1,500. See the services page for the full price list.
How quickly can you shoot my San Diego listing?
We can usually schedule within a day or two and deliver edited media within 48 hours of the shoot. Same-week launches are routine.
What is different about shooting in Point Loma versus North Park?
Point Loma runs hilly and coastal, with canyon and bluff lots near Sunset Cliffs Natural Park that benefit from drone to show the view. North Park is flatter and denser, with small-lot Craftsman bungalows close together, where clean daytime photography usually does more work than aerial.
Do you shoot listings in canyon neighborhoods like Mission Hills and Bankers Hill?
Yes. Mission Hills and Bankers Hill both sit on mesas above canyons close to Balboa Park and Mission Valley, and those canyon and city-light views are worth a wider drone shot or a twilight exterior to show what the lot is really selling.
