NAV Productions is based in Little Italy in San Diego, and we travel up the coast to Newport Beach regularly, so coastal Orange County is part of our normal coverage area. We fold travel into a flat listing rate rather than billing surprise mileage, and we are happy to schedule twilight and daytime shoots in the same trip to make the timing efficient for a Newport launch.
Can you legally fly drone over waterfront and bluff homes in Newport Beach?
Yes. Our drone work is flown under FAA Part 107, and because much of Newport sits under the controlled airspace tied to John Wayne Airport, we secure the required LAANC authorizations before each flight.
