Luxury Real Estate Photography & Video in Huntington Beach

NAV Productions is a San Diego real estate media studio based in Little Italy, and we travel up the coast to shoot listings in Huntington Beach. Surf City is a market where lifestyle sells the home as much as the floor plan does: the walk to the sand, the harbor channel out the back door, the sunset over the pier. We cover the full coastal stretch from Huntington Harbour down to the bluffs above the wetlands, pairing ground photography with drone, twilight, and cinematic video. With a 48-hour delivery standard, agents can lock a launch date the day they sign the listing.

The Huntington Beach Market

Huntington Beach is a lifestyle-driven coastal market, and the value of a listing often lives outside the four walls. Waterfront homes in Huntington Harbour need drone to show the private dock, the channel, and the boat slip, while homes near Downtown and the pier sell on proximity to the sand and Main Street. Twilight photography and aerial coverage of the coast turn a standard listing into something a buyer can picture living in, which is exactly where the equity is in a beach town.

What makes a Huntington Beach listing shoot different?

Huntington Beach is a long, straight coastline facing southwest, and what a listing needs changes as you move along it. Huntington Harbour sits at the northwest end, a set of dredged channels and islands where homes have private docks and the water is effectively the property line. Between the Harbour and downtown is the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, more than 1,200 acres of restored wetland, so bluff homes on that stretch look over marsh and bird flats instead of surf. Downtown sits at the Huntington Beach Pier, close enough to the sand that the walk is half the sell. Inland, Huntington Central Park runs to nearly 350 acres of eucalyptus and open space. The marine layer sits over this coast through May and June, which flattens the light on exteriors.

Huntington Beach FAQ

Questions from Huntington Beach agents

Do you fly drone over the harbor and the coast in Huntington Beach?

Yes. Aerial coverage is one of the biggest reasons agents book us here. We shoot the waterfront in Huntington Harbour (docks, channels, boat slips), the coastline and pier, and lot lines that ground photos cannot show. Most of Huntington Beach sits in standard airspace, but the area near Bolsa Chica and the wetlands and any approach paths can carry restrictions, so we check the airspace for each address and fly compliant under FAA Part 107.

You are based in San Diego. Is there a travel fee to shoot in Huntington Beach?

We bring our San Diego studio standard up the coast to Orange County regularly, so Huntington Beach is a planned route for us, not a one-off. Travel is built into our OC coverage rather than billed as a surprise. Tell us the address and listing timeline and we will quote the full package (photography, drone, twilight, and video) up front, then hold the 48-hour delivery window.

What is different about a Huntington Harbour listing versus one near the pier?

In Huntington Harbour the water is the property line, so the dock, the channel, and the boat access have to be in the gallery, and drone does most of that work. Near the Huntington Beach Pier the sell is the walk to the sand and to downtown, which is ground-level lifestyle coverage instead.
